I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience and express how incredibly lucky you are to have team member like Patrick at your Anchorage, Alaska location.
About a year ago, I moved from North Carolina to Anchorage — quite the change in climate! That’s when I discovered your brand and met Patrick, one of your ambassadors. From the beginning, Patrick’s upbeat personality, calling me by name every time I showed up, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm made every shopping trip memorable (and, I’ll admit, led to a few upsells!).
Most recently, when your collaboration with Shai G. launched, I was determined to get a piece from that limited-edition collection. I knew only 100 of each piece were made, and since my local store wouldn’t be carrying them, I set my alarm early to try and order online. After multiple failed checkout attempts around 5:00 a.m., I finally called customer service and — with the help of another wonderful associate — was able to secure my order (Order #CGUS_A03281949) around 6:13 a.m. AK time. I was thrilled!
However, a few days later, I received a refund notice for $814 from Canada Goose, and my heart sank. I immediately called Patrick to ask for help. Instead of just sympathizing, he took action. Patrick checked my order, reached out to stores across the country, and discovered that a New York City location might still have one available. He told me he’d contact them right away — and he did. Despite it being late in the evening for them, he managed to get my name on the vest and promised to follow up as soon as the store opened.
Sure enough, by 5:30 a.m. Alaska time the next morning, Patrick messaged me to confirm that the NYC store would sell me the vest. His dedication, determination, and genuine care completely turned around what could have been a very disappointing situation.
Patrick went above and beyond to make sure I received something that truly meant a lot to me, and I cannot thank him (and Lucy, who’s always been wonderful as well) enough. These two are exactly the kind of employees who represent your brand with pride, professionalism, and heart.
Because of Patrick, I’ve not only regained my excitement for your brand but also my trust. I wanted to make sure his efforts — and Lucy’s ongoing excellence — are recognized at the highest level.

My wife and I always enjoy visiting the Canada Goose store in Anchorage. The team here consistently provides an exceptional experience, and the quality of their products is second to none.
Patrick, in particular, is a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to keep us informed when new products arrive or when there’s a sale. I had been looking for a red Lodge jacket, which has been my favorite for years, and Patrick introduced me to the “Generations” website where older styles can sometimes be found. While I didn’t go that route this time, he and his team showed me a Black Label Lodge jacket that was absolutely phenomenal.
What really stands out is how well Patrick and his team know their customers. They understand my wife’s style perfectly and never try to push just any product, they match her with the right one every time. It’s always a great experience stepping into the Anchorage store, and the team’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine care make it our go-to for quality outerwear.
