  I purchased an RV from Camping World of Statesville in April 2025. The camper itself is great, but my experience with the dealership has been very disappointing. I have repeatedly tried to cancel my service agreement, but despite sending a certified mail request and making at least 15 phone calls, the dealer has not returned my calls or processed the paperwork. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

  Had a class A with tow trailer so we stopped at a Camping World to fill with propane gas. Thinking with the RV it would be easy in and out, and it would have been if a about 3 campers (not customers) were not park beside the LP gas pump making getting in and out to the pump difficult. Rate convenience a 3. What brings the rating back to a 4 was the employees. They were friendly and very helpful and courteous. They were a 5.

  Most unhelpful rudest employees and company I have ever purchased anything from. Never returns phone calls from the start always avoiding standing behind their product. Warranty department was a joke and the technicians did more damage than repairs causing much out of pocket expense and problems. They were not qualified to even tie their shoes. Their lack of knowledge and experience is shown in their quality of work and level of service as well as the damage they created to our rv in their sloppy and faulty repairs. The actual camping world has proven to be nothing but one lie after another and pure deception from the start on the sales lot. When you try to communicate they don’t return calls they lie and they won’t even give options to use the warranty. Buyers beware of the complete lies they will tell to sell pure trash rvs and add useless additions and useless warranties that they represent with false information to make even more money from you. Buyers beware!!!!! Also beware a bumper to bumper warranty that they push for $8000 isn’t worth the paper they print it on. It in fact is not a bumper to bumper warranty but a simple extended mechanical warranty. All pure lies and crooked sales department!

  We received phenomenal service at Camping World of Statesville! Terrell was very quick and attentive with our requests in a camper and showed us the perfect one. We went in late on Saturday but got approval by Monday afternoon and we were able to sign and pick it up that week. Since then any minor issues we have had, he has been quick to respond and provide an answer! Our finance guy, Joey was also great to work with! He was personable and made sure we were getting the best offers! Camping World of Statesville will make sure you find the RV that fits you and provide you with a welcoming place always!

Chuck was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing a comfortable, no-pressure experience. He took the time to understand my specific needs and made the entire process smooth and efficient. All 'promises' completed 100%. Rodney maintained that same level of excellence in the finance office—clear, efficient and respectful of my time. He ensured every detail was transparent and stress-free. This was by far the most seamless vehicle-buying experience I’ve had - a direct reflection of the professionalism and "customer-first" mindset of Camping World Statesville NC. I wanted to make sure everyone's efforts are formally recognized and acknowledged. PS: I just got back from a trip to Overland Expo East in Arrington VA. I love my camper!
