I have to be honest here.
The ladies are always friendly. We had an older gentleman today was was extremely pleasant and helpful.
However, there was a middle aged guy with dark hair at the front welcome desk with a young lady who was very rude.
And we were in there last week and I asked a very slim guy with dark hair a couple of simple questions and he rudely told me to go to checkout and they will help. But he was very hostile.
We signed up for an elite membership but I dont think we will renew it.
A location in Kentucky, the south, was friendlier, somehow.
Disappointed in some of the men at this location.

Tried to buy from 2 different camping world. Both just didn't want to sell to me. One just said I can not sell u that unit. Other took 3 days to get me price and then told me the unit was sold.

Omg the whole crew here from walking in was absolutely AMAZING!!! Kenneth was our first stop here & if I could give him 100 stars I would we talked found out what we were looking for what we were going to be pulling the camper with to make sure it was going to work to taking us on the lot to look at a few did such a great job with everything, to Josh that ran the numbers to getting us finalized, to the crew that showed us everything we needed to know from set up to break down can't say enough great things about this whole process GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED ! My husband & I went to another place prior to this stop & after leaving there almost gave up looking just because of the way things went at the other place. Until we went looking here. Yesterday we drove our camper home to start our next adventures & it was all thanks to every person on this team at camping world ! These people were absolutely SO SO amazing.
I recently purchased a travel trailer through long-distance communication, and the entire experience was handled professionally and efficiently by a stellar team.
Jon Brancheau did an excellent job working with me to reach a fair price on my new unit. He was communicative throughout the process and even made himself available at pickup to ensure everything went smoothly. Jon is personable, helpful, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction.
Scott Boone, the manager I had the pleasure of working with, was incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His involvement helped solidify my confidence in the deal, and I greatly appreciated his transparency and support.
Kaedence Slater in Parts and Service was also a standout—she answered every question I had and made thoughtful gear recommendations. As a first-time travel trailer owner, her knowledge was invaluable.
Terry did a great job walking me through the trailer systems. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for a demo of the outdoor gas stove—but I’ve since figured it out.
Chandler in the service department was quick to address a few minor discrepancies found during the walk-through. He also installed the weight distribution/sway hitch and gave me clear, confident instructions to ensure safe travel. Very well done.
Hannah and Josh also deserve a shoutout for their excellent service and support throughout the process.
All in all, this was a fantastic team that made my purchase and pickup experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend purchasing a camper from this dealership.
One small gripe: I hired a third-party inspector for a pre-purchase inspection—something I do for any major purchase (boats, aircraft, RVs, etc.). Although I gave the dealership plenty of notice, not all systems could be tested since the unit was new and the propane and batteries weren’t installed until pickup day. Had I known this policy (and had my inspector known as well), we could have come better prepared. That said, all systems appear to be working great, and I’m fully aware that maintenance and repairs are a normal part of RV ownership—even with a brand-new camper.
In summary, I’m thrilled with my purchase and the support I received. This team truly goes above and beyond.

I checked online to see what my camper was worth, shortly after I received a call from CW I was offered 15,000.00 I told the young lady That was the bottom number I would take, and knowing when you get there they are going to pick it apart and lower the price.so I said no. She called back multiple times, then she called and said market had changed and offered 16,000.00. Knowing there was nothing wrong with the camper I thought how much could they ding me. Hah She didn’t even get to the camper yet and said “oh, I priced the wrong model, new price 12,400.00. My problem with that is I sent a picture that showed what model it was. They continued to argue that they based price on info they farmed off internet. But again I SENT them a PICTURE of model. Be very careful
