- ASAnnalise S6 days ago1.0Terrible experience at Camping World Stevenson Ranch. They refused to return our fully refundable deposit and dragged their feet for days. Kyle, Edward, Tim the GM kept saying someone would call back — no one ever did. Instead, Kim blocked us from reaching management. We went to All RV in Acton and they took care of of us and we got our RV the same day and had a smooth, honest purchase. Avoid Camping World at all costs.

However, attempted Trade in…we agreed on a price the day prior to purchase. Towed my trailer there. Waited hours after appointment time to start the signing process. Told me minutes before signing papers that my 2021 grand design was basically falling apart and was not sellable and that they could ONLY offer half of the agreed price for trade in. Totally felt like a coordinated pressure campaign to make me agree on a ridiculous price since I “already went through the trouble of getting the trailer there” Glad it didn’t affect the RV purchase but was definitely was a huge inconvenience.

- CSCamp SilvaJul 31, 20251.0Their customer service is not great. We are JUST beginning our search and at this point have no idea what type or size RV we want. We stopped by to see if we could just go into different trailers on the lot and get an idea so we could narrow it down. The woman at the desk was zero help. She said they were all locked up (which I understand) and that she could "sit us down with a sales person". I explained we weren't ready to sit down with anyone and do a whole sales pitch, we just wanted to start with looking at different models and sizes to get a better idea of what we're looking for first. She offered nothing else. Nothing. I don't want a hard sell at this point. It's a waste of time. It seems like there would be a way to show us without having to sit down at a table and go through a sales pitch (I didn't care if a salesperson went with us to open them up), but apparently it was all or nothing. So I guess we'll choose nothing. We'll go literally anywhere else when it comes time to buy. I guess they don't need customers. Odd.
