- CBChelsea BairdSep 4, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. My partner and I were looking at maybe buying a rv through this location. We went in and spoke to the sales representative Tyler. He showed us a few. We kinda liked one and decided we wanted to know our financing options so we asked to do a soft check. Noah then came out assured us we would just be doing a soft check the camper that was 19,999 turned into 23,999. Then they hit us with my credit age was too young so with a 4k down deposit we could pay $416 a month for 10 years. I laughed and said no thanks and we left. Now a couple weeks later we go to apply for a loan through the bank and my credit score that was 701 has dropped because THEY RAN MY CREDIT AFTER BEING TOLD NOT TO. We are contacting an attorney, don't waste your time here.
- BNBill NelmsSep 2, 20252.0We called camping world and set an appointment for a showing on an Alliance Toy hauler. We were very excited to get to see this model and all it offered. It’s a used model. We arrived a little late on our 2.5 hour trip and ask for Kitsie, who we thought we would see. Evidently they do not “assign” anyone for appointments and the unit was jammed in an area where it couldn’t be properly viewed. The salesman knew less about campers than my dog. No power on the unit and no way to open the slides to see the living space. I was a bit upset because we actually had bad experiences with camping world before. I see nothing has changed. Do yourself a favor and pass this place and any other camping world by.

Upon arrival the unit wasn’t even open or set up so we could see it. The salesman didn’t even know how to let the steps down so we could get inside. This was a 3 hour drive for us. Camping World you failed again!!
- JBJoe BurroughsAug 19, 20251.0I drove up there once an hour drive for them to tell me I can find that part online and then today I’m in a pickle and need something as basic as a battery so I called and sure enough we don’t have any. Why do you have a brick and mortar if every time I call you say I have to order online. I guess I would do better at Amazon next time.
- RBRuby BentleAug 12, 20251.0Christy promised my husband that they could get us approved for small Coleman camper for 19,000, even with our bad credit right now. We were quite late for our appointment. But got we put with this young man I never got his name. , but he dragged usee all over the parking lot. He wasn't really rude just kind of indifferent. The only thing he was willing to do was run some numbers so we could take it to our bank. 6 hr. Drive total because my husband was an effort to help us in current situation. If they didn't want embarrassed try , they could have just told us when we got there instead of some kid drag us all over the place. Just so embarrassed.
