- GGGregSep 8, 20251.0Asked to look at RVs. Sales girl said are you going to buy one. I said I'm looking. It was 5:00 there were six sales people sitting around. She didn't want to go out on the lot. I said thanks for nothing and left. Amazing they have a whole lot full of RVs. Maybe they don't get commission maybe they should get some sales people who want to make a living.

- NENellie-Ann EssmanAug 26, 20251.0Don't work with these guys. We traded in our trailer and bought a new one. Very happy with it at the time. Three weeks have come and gone and they still haven't completed our finance package. Now our new loan has still not been even submitted to the bank financing it, and we are still on the hook for the trailer payments of the one that we traded in. They only seemed to be motivated enough the day of to make the sale, then the buck stopped there. Idaho Falls Camping World have done little to nothing to move our paperwork forward, and not communicated with us about any possible issues. It has taken me multiple calls just to try to get it moving along, we've even had to involve another Camping World branch for help. It is still not resolved.
