- SCSteven ColemanNov 2, 20251.0We went to purchase our retirement dream. Paid $100,000 for a motor home. Spent 9 hours waiting on everything and 30 minutes doing a walk around. I know why now. Next day found out the auto level was unplugged. Found out they were bent and wouldn’t retract. A couple of other small issues also. Called them several times before anyone would talk to me. They told me once I take it off the lot it was my responsibility to pay and fixed it. Very unprofessional and no respect. I spent 20 years in the military and this is how they treat them. I have even emailed them and still respond. Pitiful ,

They've had my unit all summer and continue their techniques. What started out as an insurance claim, has turned into a very unexcusable experience. Do not depend on their word for anything. It's trained into them.
- KSKenneth SilvermanOct 3, 20251.0I drove 6 1/2 hours to take a look at an RV and the sales person didn’t even take enough time to check it out and make sure the batteries were working in the remote, or the steps weren’t function, and kept telling us that the awning was working when in fact, the awning was like a big parachute….. and that wasn’t even the worst part, corrosion everywhere, paint flaking off the side of a $300,000 coach. And they didn’t even know how to operate the slides or the bed they had to get help. Totally unprepared to show this consignment RV which they’ve had for sometime. Then I had to drive eight hours home because I drove way out of the way. Just look at this RV who I was told was all cleaned up and ready to be presented.. I went there to buy check in hand. What a waste of time..

He’s a sarcastic rip off artist trying to sell you a $400 hitch for $1295 told me the difference is labor.. he got very upset when I questioned him about it I told him I seen the same hitch on their website for $400 so how did it come out to be 1295? He said have you ever heard of labor? very sarcastic and knowledgeable person. I suggest you shop elsewhere! I have proof feel free to reach out to me. I’ll send you the buyers order he sent me.
