This message is special shout out to Dan for making sure we left as happy customers despite a series of unfortunate events. His personal care moved the needle from what would have been a 1 star review to a 5 star review. Thanks for making it right.-Jon and Laura
Had an amazing experience here! The sales rep we were connected with was Jalind, and we felt so taken care of the entire time.
As a little backstory, the wife and I were looking to purchase our first camping trailer, and this was the second RV dealer we visited. We had a ton of questions and needed a lot of guidance. Jalind was so patient, helpful and accommodating, and he really knew his stuff! We would text him after the appointment with additions to our search criteria and he always responded quickly with new options that just hit their lot.
At the end of the day, we just felt taken care of. Thank you Jalind and team for the great service. We can't wait to take our trailer out on it's first trip!

One lady was helping everyone in the place. 3 other girls were up front and did not lift a figure to help the customers. Went to the back were all the parts were, 6 dudes not even trying to help the customers in the isles. They passed me several times not once asking if I needed help. My Camping World in Surprise, AZ, they will come and ask if you need help and there are plenty of people willing to help.

I bought my RV at RV Solutions, the dealership that Camping World bought. RV Solutions totally ripped me off, made promises they never kept, overcharged me, performed horrible service, etc. Now that Camping World has taken over, you can't even get anyone to answer the phone. It really is the most shockingly poor level of customer service. I guess that's what happens when companies get too big. What a shame for the customer!!

I sold my 2018 Winnebago ERA 170M to Camping World RV Sales in San Diego (Ticket #C-GW100192107, approved purchase $60,600).
The lien with Bank of America (Loan #59202049896445) was fully paid off on July 4, 2025. As required under California’s Electronic Lien and Title (ELT) Program, Bank of America released the lien electronically to the DMV. On July 7, 2025, the DMV issued me a clear California Certificate of Title (No. CA234496409) showing no lienholder.
Despite providing Camping World with this valid lien-free title, they have refused to release the agreed payment. Instead, they insist on a “paper lien release form” — a document that does not exist under California law when ELT is used.
What concerns me even more is that Camping World appears to be delaying payment as if this were a consignment sale, which is not what I agreed to. I accepted a lower cash purchase price in good faith, specifically to avoid consignment delays and to receive my money quickly in a clean deal. Instead, they are using delay tactics and withholding payment.
I have now filed a formal complaint with the California DMV Investigations Division (Case #PC-0000043222) and will escalate to the Attorney General if necessary.
This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. A company of this size should understand California title law and honor their purchase agreements without resorting to games or delay.
If you are considering selling your RV to Camping World, be extremely cautious — you may not get the smooth cash transaction you were promised.
