From their sales staff, to their operations manager, to their finance people and even the service personnel, we have had a positive experience at Camping World Pinellas Park. The girls at the front desk greeting you with fresh popped popcorn and a smile is so welcoming! We purchased our camper a month and a half ago, and on our second camping trip we had an issue. It could have been a major bummer, but one text to my amazing sales consultant Michael Llewellyn, and a short drive later and we were back on track to enjoy our camping experience. Thank you to all of the team at Pinellas Park Camping World for treating us like we matter. What a pleasure.
5 stars to my sales specialist SUMMER! She was knowledgeable, friendly & kind. Summer made the process from start to finish enjoyable. Summer never got annoyed with my many questions as a newbie to RVs. She educated me and made me feel comfortable. I am so grateful for Summer’s time, knowledge & friendly attitude. Highly recommend the PINELLAS PARK Camping World location.

On 8/3/25 our Dometic A/C thermostat died. We were desperate to find a replacement that day due to the temperature outside being predicted to be above 100 degrees. We contacted this branch since it was the closest one to us. The young lady we spoke with said they had one left on the shelf. We made a mad dash there and we should have smelled a rat when the unit was discounted heavily and you could tell the box had been opened. Granted, Dometic in their infinite wisdom, has discontinued these units and not put the new ones on the market, we purchased the unit. It was easy to install and worked just fine for 5 days. Then it stopped due to a communication error. We were able after many attempts to get it going. It failed again after only two days. We spent a miserable Sunday night in our Motorhome. The next morning we called the location on I4. Thank goodness they had four units. Once again, we hit the road to make a purchase. We kept the original unit and made sure the new one worked. After two weeks, we contacted the Parts Manager, Bob, and explained our situation. We asked for an immediate credit and since we weren't close, we requested they pick up the shipping charges so we could send the bad unit back. Bob promptly advised that was against their policy! Imagine that! We drove back to the store to return the unit. The nice young lady who helped us advised us that unit had been sitting on their shelf since February and that it was a return. Instead of them sending it back to Dometic, they put it back on the shelf where it sat until 8/3! If they truly had good customer service skills, they would have offered us an in-store discount for our troubles. They did refund our credit card in full, but what an ordeal! The young lady got her sharpie and marked the box as "defective" and told us it would be going back to Dometic. Needless to say, we are not a satisfied customer!

Wow! Huge shoutout to Jesse and the team at Camping World Pinellas Park!
I called in needing a product first thing in the morning. The store had just opened, but Jesse was ready to help right away. I was stuck on a job and needed this part to move forward, he not only tracked it down in the warehouse but even coordinated with my wife (who is currently handicapped) in the parking lot. He worked with another team member and brought it out, handled the payment, and loaded it up for her.
We were blown away by the level of service. My wife said everyone she interacted with was in good spirits and genuinely happy to help, even so early in the day. Thanks to Jesse and the whole team for going above and beyond! You really made our day!

I warn all of you to never purchase anything from this stealership.
I drove 5 hours to purchase camper, paid a deposit with the promise of 5 new tires.
Arrived tires are bald and steel bands showing, stabilizer jack bent, camper not recondtioned. It looked like they got it and listed it.
Joe says techs say tires will make it 5 hours. I said it won't make it 5 miles. They agreed to replace tires that day. Oops its saturday. Wont happen..but if i pay half the 900 to transport all will.be good. I agreed to pay 250. When I went to buy the camper, they wouldn't take a check and the banks are closed. They agree to pay the transport.
The beefy Boy in the parking lot couldn't figure out the hitch..suggested backing up with nose jack down to set hitch (I wonder who bent the stabilizer jack). Beefy Boy also told me he's a mechanic too. Sure.
Camper shows up at house with 4 not 5 tires, nose jack doesn't work. Transporter says they wired it wrong. AND THEY SWAPPED THE BATTERIES FOR JUNK ONES. I switched the wire, the jack worked.
Btw, wrong keys were sent and no license plate. When I called, Joe told me I was wrong, those were the keys. NOPE.
Lied about replacing tires.
Lied about replacing jack.
Rewired jack and swapped batteries for crap ones.
Swapped power cord with one that was burnt.
No title 45 days later
No reimbursement for Door locks 45 days
Still have keys from 2021 camper, mine is 2017 but Ole Joe said I'm wrong.
Joe called and asked for the 2021 keys. I'll send as soon as they send me reimbursement and self addressed paid box
Joseph: condescending comments about coworkers. Called the beefy guy in parking lot a meathead. Described the camping world store as terrible and poorly run. Makes promises not kept.
Beefy Boy: Not a mechanic, needs to spend less time in gym and more time reading a book or youtubing how to hook up an rv.
