Bought a used RV from them and had a great experience with the sales team. Brittany was very knowledgeable about the used inventory and helped us find a good fit for us. We picked up the camper the next day, Sunday, and everyone was very helpful and expedient in getting our new camper around for us to pick up. The only reason this is not a five star is they advertise that they do a "deep clean and odor neutralized" on their used RV's. The camper we bought definitely did not get this treatment. There was much pet hair and smoke smell throughout. We did understand it was a used RV and expect some wear and tear, however, if you're going to advertise the fact that used RV's are "deep cleaned and odor neutralized", then as buyer we were expecting that. Otherwise a great experience.

We bought a 2024 camper from camping world in Hendersonville thinking we would get a new camper and not have issues to deal with verses buying a used camper. That has not been the case. We were given a camping world gift card and then tied to use it to buy things we needed for the camper the day we bought it and they put it on a credit card instead. We told them we wanted to use the gift card and they wouldn’t let us and told us we could use the gift card when the bill came. NO we could not so we had to pay an unexpected bill. Then the slide was getting hung up and the awning would not roll in at the same time some months later and we took it to camping world in Woodstock to be fixed. The techs ripped the awning while there and kept the camper for THREE MONTHS! We drove almost 2 hours again to pick it up and the camper battery is so dead we can’t even turn a light on nor check the awning or the slide. Camping world manager said they fixed the awning tear but we can’t tell because nothing will work and no one would come out to hook it up to go over it with us. Just told us that the manager will call us on Monday! We have had to leave the camper AGAIN and will have to drive another 2 hours to pick it up! They have charged us money for this and we have an extended warranty but it doesn’t cover anything they looked at of course! This has been nothing but trouble and frustration from the beginning! I have talked to several people and they have had the same troubles with camping world in Woodstock. Camping world is a rip off and their service is terrible! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! This camper is only a 2024! Shouldn’t be having issues!
I know what some of you will say about Camping World, but we had a terrific experienced there. We had 'eyeballed' this van for a week, had placed a deposit on it, and came to see it yesterday. Brittany, our salesperson was great. Mark Miller, the sales Manager was equally gracious. When we mentioned that I would return next week to pick-up our van, he immediately said, "We'll pick you up at the airport." Yes, we're a customer right now, the proof will be the after purchase support. Still, it's a good start to our relationship.
A bunch of liars that will run tour credit for bo reason. Salesman Anraham promised I would know something the day afyer labor day. If I was thibking, I woukdnt have went during their Labor Day weekend special, had I known the banks were closed. I was expecting to hear something by Tuesday, but ofcoutse Abraham was off work that day ( dont know why he told me would call me no later than tiesday if he knew henput in to be off after labor day). Today is thursady and zi still havent heard from Abraham, except when I call to speak to the manager and he heard me saying, “Anraham lied to me”….. he wasnt man enougj to soeak to me so he told the admin he would call me back. Its been 24hrs later and he still hasnt called back. Today is thursday and I still dont know if I can get a trailor for the $1300 down he quoted me. Each admin, everyday, I call takes a note for the manager to call le bavk and not even the manager will call back. I hate I went to camping world and hate than ran a HARD INQUIRY and wont even tell me the results…… guess I have to buy a camper off marketplace for cash, bit I tevvommend u stay away from this place, because unless you have a 850 credit score, your cash will hive u no respect. Highly disappointed on the vompany that sent me hundreds of emails for years, and when I finally take the bait and drive out there, I find it was a waist if my time. Dont waist yours. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

If I could give zero stars I would, I brought my camper in to sell or put on consignment.
The guy I was working with to sell or put my camper on consignment, called me 3 different names before I had to tell him my name, he also was confused about the basically the rest of the appointment, as if he didn’t look at the appointment notes. But it is what it is.
I was told that day I’d get a call regarding the quote that day, he said there were 2 campers before mine. I didn’t hear back for 5 days.
I was given a very loball quote for my camper, one of the issues the camper has was told to them, the other was the AC, I was told it malfunctions, but I have never experienced it malfunctioning before.
I communicated with the person I was going to pick up my camper, and when I got there my camper was not ready for pickup, also I thought it was weird they didn’t ask for identification for picking up the camper. They brought my camper around, the battery was completely drained, every light was left on, the AC was left on and the refrigerator was on. Lucky I brought my jackery, and was able to plug my camper into but without it, my electric Jack did not work.
When I dropped my camper off the floors were freshly swept and mopped. When I got my camper back, the floor was disgusting, like someone with grease on their shoes was moon walking all over the floor, also there are dents in my floor like someone threw tools at the ground. There are spots on the cabinets where the wall paper was niched. Also the knob for the bathroom vent was completely missing. I scrubbed my entire camper, and was able to determine what the AC malfunction was, the breaker flipped, that usually happens on my camper when there is too much plugged into the outlet that the camper is plugged into.
All in all, I’m never dealing with this camping world again, I am very disappointed in how they treated my camper and how they treated me.
