Run far away from this dealer. They are nothing but liars and scammers hiding behind shady sales tactics. Their entire business model is designed to rip you off. The red flags were there before I even set foot on the lot as they kept demanding a “deposit” just to hold a unit, the same sleazy tactic you’d expect from a back-alley used-car lot. I should have trusted my gut. After negotiating a deal for a travel trailer with both the sales rep and the manager, I showed up to sign papers and take delivery. The result? A complete circus. The rig wasn’t ready. The paperwork wasn’t ready. And despite having a set appointment, I was told I was “third in line.” When the finance manager finally dragged in the paperwork an hour later, he immediately tried to bury me under paperwork, which included extra forms for extended warranties, GAP insurance, and every worthless add-on in the book. Then I looked closer at the buyer’s sheet: they had quietly padded the deal with more than $10,000 in bogus extras which they never once disclosed or discussed. Only because I caught it and called them out did they backpedal and say, “Oh, those can be removed.” Translation: we were hoping you wouldn’t notice. If I had just kept signing, they would have stolen thousands. I made them tear up the contract on the spot and walked out. These crooks lost out on a $42K deal plus another $1,100 in accessories—and frankly, they deserve to lose much more. If you value your money, your time, or your sanity: stay as far away from this dealership as you possibly can.

What do you do when someone has your Rv and won’t return your phone calls. I’m trying again today and will go they tomorrow in person if my 5th time calling doesn’t work! Who knows ! I brought it in on an appointment 10 days ago and they were supposed to call me back my 3 pm the next day to let me know where the propane leak is. Nope. They just won’t call me back ( and service doesn’t pick up so it’s just the nice receptionist). I’m going to call and ask for a manager today, wish me luck!

This place has been a nightmare for me and recommend anyone to stay away. I've spent almost $14,000 in the past year and a half and the system does not work properly. Not only the but they screwed up the roof fan because after a year it leaked and the messed up the paint job on the roof and I had to fix it flex-seal. Now after nothing works, they told me a wire (apparently new in 2024) has failed which is my lithium (2) batteries won't charge because the wire from my alternator to the batteries which charge them when I drive is the problem. Now they want to charge me again to rewire the whole thing and won't stand by the product (if it was new) they used in the installation. Plus, I was never told that my points for buying things expire after 1 year and expect their customers to go online and read the 10,000 word policies the implement. They are incompetent and don't stand by their work knowing you'll come back so the can charge you more....I am a very loyal person and they are not loyal at all to their costumer. I will be taking my business elsewhere and paying them to fix Camping Worlds screw up and use them for the next upgrades I plan. The people are a rip-off and Marcus should be ashamed of his employees and after all my attempts to actually get him the message, they didn't even try to rectify the situation. The bonus points amounted to $130, and they chose to lose thousands in future work. I RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I wish that I would have read these reviews before going. They get 3 because up until walk around, everyone was great. Our salesperson Paul(Kujo) was awesome, friendly, answered our questions, and really tried to help us. Financing depth, great and quick, forgot his name but was very friendly and not pushy to sell. Cashier's, we had two different ones, were both extremely friendly and efficient. Sales workers in store, again super friendly and I was just wandering around looking, had 4 or so offer me help. Now the bad... the walkaround person started complaining right away about the time on the work order saying 3pm, but it was 2:15pm, we had been there since about 9:30am. Then he turned off the propane tank, then argued a bit with my wife when trying to show us the stove. Seemed irritated about our questions, to the point that I stopped asking. Talked briefly about hooking up the trailer, first time travel trailer, we mentioned this several times. Only had a dump trailer before this purchase. So he walks away from us and we go about hooking up the trailer. Now we learned this too late and in the middle of the road, that these have a lock that you are supposed to put the cotter pin through, our dump trailer did not have this, only a release when taking it off. We make sure lights are working, safety chains, brake cable for emergencies. Head out of the lot, get to the light. Start taking our left turn, the trailer bounces off the hitch and goes under our truck bumper, damaging beyond repair our bumper and the trailer jack. So while blocking the right lane, we were stuck. Called a tow truck as we didn't know what to do. A nice man from RV world stopped and tried to help. Ended up giving my wife a ride back to camping world. Again they were excellent and quick to action. A gentleman with a forklift raced out to help and a lady brought my wife back in a golf cart. We managed to lift my truck enough for my wife to drive it off the trailer jack. Now I know im at fault but I feel that they are as well. When I bought my dump trailer, they made sure I knew what I was doing, it was hooked up correctly and ready to go. Seems that should have been what happened here also. Basically, if I go back and the person doing the walkaround comes in my direction, im asking for someone else or the manager.

If I could give zero stars I would. We bought our trailer in late June of last year. We have used it about 6 times and multiple things are broken. That’s not camping world’s fault. We bought a cheaper Coleman lantern. The quality is terrible. Cupboard doors have fallen off, shower head failed, molding falling off, non of the blinds work because the screws pulled straight out of the wall. Again, cheap trailer… but this is where my review comes into play. Early June we contacted service because our toilet was leaking and the awning was not working. We took our trailer in mid June and it was diagnosed and parts were “ordered”. We called and called and called. We were told the service manager quit and they were short staffed. I can empathize with that… to a point. They then tell us that email is the best way to contact them…after multiple emails, I still didn’t get a response. I call again on the 3rd of July at 4. I say, “I really need to talk to service. I need to see if there is a separate shut off for the toilet.” They assure me that service will call me back. I explain to them that nobody has called me back in 3 weeks and that I NEED a call back. Not only did they not call back… I called them before close and THEY WENT HOME EARLY!!!!!! I am transferred to a manager, who…. Couldn’t help me because he’s a sales manager. He was nice enough to let me vent. And assured me that service would call me the next morning at 8am. Nope. No call. I finally get a call from somebody in warranty. She was very apologetic. And she said, “text me, and I will make sure you get updates” Parts still weren’t in. At this point it had been over a month since our trailer was diagnosed. And then she stops sending updates.. I text and ask for an update on the parts. She responds “I don’t do refunds you need to speak to a manager” I remind her that I am looking for a warranty repair. She says “I have a lot of customers” Yes… I understand that, but I thought there would be notes. Or a bit of research before responding. She then says, “parts are in… I handed this back to service. Idk why they didn’t call you” Well, when you tell somebody that you are going to take care of them…. You should live up to your word. 10 years in the car industry, handling service and warranty. I KNOW it’s hard at times. But take care of your customers. I let her know… I had already left another message for service and they didn’t call back. (I called because I didn’t hear from her) we have already missed multiple camping trips this summer. My daughter wants to go camping for her birthday… I want to use my camper. She says “I’ll handle this for you. What day and time works best for you” I said “let me talk with my husband and get back to you” I asked if Wednesday was available… and then the screenshots are posted below. She again forgot to respond and follow up. She then tells me that I never responded and that she wasn’t going to help me anymore and that she was only helping “to be nice” . I sent her screenshots of our convo to show I responded and that she event replied to my response and… nothing. Still no call back from service. My toilet overflowed and I now water damage in my new trailer. I understand being short staffed, but this is just flat out ridiculous. It is clear that Camping World in Fife cannot take care of their customers…. Not only do they not call back, the unorganized, lack of accountability is completely unprofessional. Read your text messages and update notes in your system so you know what is going on with your customers before texting back. You “just being nice….” I have “just been nice” through your guy's issues and incompetence.
