Great experience with this location ! Ask for Ursula! Sweetest associate , went over and beyond call of duty when we needed a drop hitch for our tow vehicle. She saved our trip to Florida.

I have now been here twice trying to buy a camper. First time, no one even talked to us. Second time, not enough sales people to help us, and the campers are locked so we can’t even look ourselves. I really thought I would give them another shot to earn my business, and instead I was just disappointed a second time.

We were interested in a second hand camper and our salesman did a great job showing us an array of units. We did tell him from the outset $20,000 was our limit. So towards the end he told us about a unit that had just come in and it was what we wanted to pay. Looked at it and it was perfect for us. Then you guessed it got the price wrong it was $25,000. The one that was twenty was terrible typical bait and switch. In Topeka of that by the time he added all the extras on turned into more than 28,000. I guess not meant to be.

Working with Camping World over the last year has been great. They fixed my accidental damage to the awing, and working my warranty work over a couple months with the manufacture. Our Service Advisor, Amber, has been very helpful a communicates updates in a timely manner. Will diferently come back when I need service. They also have the best American Flag in town!

Here is my honest review, I purchased a Pioneer camper July 2025. The staff is very professional and nice. I had many questions since this is my first time as an RV owner. Cody provided a tour/orientation session of my camper, which was very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to provide me with information, answering my questions and poiting out additional tips for my camper. Stacey was sooo extremely helpful in explaining everything that came in my supply kit. If something was missing she took me to find it in the store. The staff made me feel less anxiety about doing this all by myself. And I truly am grateful for their kindness and experience. Robert was my salesman and he too answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he would find out. My only complaints are the following: 1) The financial process they have needs to be changed. I explained already to the gentleman who sat down with me about my finance options, that there were a couple of security issues I saw with their process that needed to be updated for customer identity protections. I apologize for not remembering his name. I also informed the Floor Manager that I didn't feel comfortable that they did all the finance without me present. He explained that this process was their normal process. So I had to leave it at that. Since I was there on a Saturday, I waited until Wednesday but noone had called me so I called them. I dont know what banks they used, which banks may have provided a better rate or a better down payment. Even when I asked about the process or down payment, it was the same thing as before. They would get back to me. There needs to be more transparency in this process. 2) The supply kit and the camper orientation were charges I didn't know about at the beginning. They told me I would get them but never told me there was a fee for them. Which turned out to be $1495 and the kit $1195. I should have asked.I also should have read the FINE PRINT on their warranties. Again, lesson learned for my lack of questioning. 3) The prices on the Camping World website are double sometimes triple the cost out in town. Check the price for Reflectix or Victrons Battery Monitor. 😲 😱 4) I have struggled to get an Owners Manual for my camper. I have contacted Robert and Heartland, who have referred me to a PDF version of a General Owners Manual. Heartland explained that if the dealership didn't keep the printed manual when the camper was made, then they dont print anymore. They ONLY have the general manual. This is makes it difficult for me to keep up with all of the warranties that I purchased with my camper. ( Again READ THE FINE PRINT) The general manual instructs me to use bleach to sanitize my fresh water tank and lines but I have a tankless water heater. No bypass. Following these instructions would have damaged my water heater, making my warranty void. 😒 😭 All I can do is pray that I can find a way to get the information I need for proper camper maintenance and that nothing voids the warranty. I have a number to call with questions to GoodSam but I dont feel confident in this purchase anymore. I appreciate the staff but I would not buy another camper from Camping World. Thank you
