- MMMark5 days ago1.0Rudest Service dept staff I have ever dealt with all of the Camping world dealers in many of the states I have traveled and dealt with over the last 3 years. From being ignored to being short with Customers. Even the lady at the service desk was very rude in front of multiple people. They spend more time faces down looking at their phones and talking with each other rather than helping get the next unit out the door. So I will make sure to avoid this dealer in the future. If I could give a 0 or negative # I would give a -5.

First , I would like to commend you on your lack of customer service and knowledge of the RVs on your lot. Second, I would like to commend you on your willingness to enjoy your hotdog picnic rather than closing deals on RVs. I apologize for interrupting your day by having interest in purchasing an RV at your lot, but luckily I was able to find a business that appreciates my presence and I will be purchasing that $150k RV from them. Outstanding job Camping World of Jackson, TN!!!

There were others who was in- volve which also made the whole situation pleasant. This location is in Jackson, MO off Vance St
- NHNathan HarrisAug 4, 20251.0I drove 2 hrs to this place after setting up a date and time to buy 5 golf carts only to be 15 mins down the road and receive a message stating they sold them out from under me to someone that didn’t even bring trailer while I’m sitting in the parking lot of the place with a 24ft gooseneck ready to load them up and pay. But nope didn’t even bother telling me they had another person on the way to put money down for them when i had full pay in the truck. Employee i talked to was Matthew Wilson. So my advice find a different dealer. Oh and they called the cops on me while i was sitting in the parking lot taking a chill pill after my 2 hr drive
