- SSScoot SommsAug 2, 20251.0We were next door at campground July 15th with our 5th wheel for a week and one rooftop AC unit broken off a fan blade. Called and they said they could order part, 3-5 day shipping. Great, I get AC back on! OK, we were going to be there about that long. Never got a call back that parts were in. We left and went to our next destination. I called in and they said no parts yet but we'll call when they come in. Never called. Called every week until they finally came in around 7/28. They said they could ship to my house with 2-day FEDEX. OK, that works as we'll be back home for the delivery. They did not get parts in mail until 8/1. Then 2 business day delivery and parts will sit on my front porch for 2-3 months because we won't be there anymore. What a poor experience with these folks. And I'm having to deal with no AC in bedroom of RV in July-August summer heat. Beware!
