- VMVirginia MichelAug 18, 20251.0I gave them several chances to help w an RV purchase. They take forever to respond and get back to phone calls or text messages. They say they'll call you back and they don't. They keep you hanging on and then are zero help. They tell you things that in the end are not true. They made the experience something I never desire to do again.
