- JRJuan Pablo RodarteOct 22, 20241.0Beware of the sketchy financial guy Nicholas Gates, he sold me an extended warranty, I was in a hurry on the date and did not read the contract. He said "I included an extended warranty ” he did not say anything else I assumed it was included free. 3 weeks later I went to cancel, waited for an hour until the receptionist told me he was too busy and I had to come back another day, I went back a couple of weeks later. He was busy again, the receptionist gave an email to send my cancel request, he replied almost a month later, he did not cancel,ñ. I went back again, a different guy supposedly took care of that day. It's been over 9 months and they haven't cancelled the policy
