- MMMarie MulliganOct 29, 20241.0Camping World in Coxsackie NY made our first RV purchase absolutely awful. The RV had to sell itself because Vinny the salesperson didn't have a clue as to what he was trying to sell. Nicole in finance doesn't know her head from a hole in the wall. They sold us a good sam membership and extended warranty which, buyer beware are useless. And they did nothing but lie all the way around. They said as we travel we can stay the night at any Camping World. Totally untrue! And wow! The guys in service are useless! Brock gave us a tour and explained our camper. He doesn't have a clue! And left a mess in our brand new 2024 rv. All the way around 0 stars! Oh, amd forget Jennifer at the service counter. Past making a reshop cart she's a joke! Called repeatedly to get the proper vent caps. They ordered the wrong ones and then she couldn't call me back or figure out where her book was with the stock number. Really?? It was beyond a miserable experience. And in closing, when we were there the general manager had a meltdown and slammed the counter and was yelling! Just OMG!!
