He was able to explain a lot to me about what I should and shouldn't do. We also have an issue with our taillight. He was able to look it up and send me the information I need to get it replaced. Highly recommend Kenneth!
- RSRondall SiscoOct 8, 20245.0My A/C started to act funny so I called an a/c guy to get a repair done, he said they can't be fixed as per my symptoms and needed replacing. I called camper world and talked to Ken Urmy, we talked about my problem. Ken took the time to listen to what I was saying and gave me a couple of options. Ken also went out on to the floor and verified he had the parts on hand and in hand. Ken asked a lot of questions of which I'm glad as he was able to talk to a service advisor and get my rv in the next day and have the new a/c I just purchased installed and saved me over 200 dollars doing it. In the future I WILL be calling Ken for my r/v parts needs. Thank you Ken for your help Cody Sisco
