  I have been coming here since I bought my Thor Sprinter van and have been extremely impressed with the straightforwardness and good communication skills of the team, especially working with Russell and Leah. They’ve been very direct and open with me on problems I faced with manufacturer warranty. It’s crazy because so many people have told me horror stories about the RV service industry and groups not addressing problems, but it’s been really refreshing to have found a group that is here to help you and wants to make sure you’re not misled on when something will be completed or if it’s covered by warranty. It’s a little farther than some other locations from where I live, but I’ll go the extra distance for the quality I receive at this location.”

  We first contacted Andrew Greenewald with Camping World-Oakwood (Atlanta, GA) after seeing an ad on RV Trader for the fifth wheel we’d been wanting for the past two years. Since we already knew exactly what we wanted, Andrew didn’t need to show us around the lot—he focused on making the process smooth and seamless. Living two days of travel away from the dealership, we especially appreciated how Andrew kept in constant communication throughout the process, answering our questions and ensuring everything was in order before we arrived. He also assisted with our trade-in, making sure we got a fair price for it as well as a fair deal on our new-to-us fifth wheel. What truly set Andrew apart was his willingness to go above and beyond—he even stayed an hour and a half after closing time to help us transfer all our belongings from our old trailer to the new one. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication made this an outstanding experience. We highly recommend working with Andrew! We drove two days to Camping World-Oakwood (Atlanta, GA) to pick up our new-to-us fifth wheel, and Jesse Hare went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our long journey home. Most importantly, he made sure our RV was fully prepped and ready this morning so we could head back on our two-day drive without any issues. Jesse’s attention to detail and persistence were outstanding. He ensured the Reese Goosebox was installed properly, sourced the correct fitting for the airbag, and patiently answered all our questions during orientation—covering everything from WiFi and heated tanks to general operations. Jesse’s professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Thank you for an exceptional experience!
