Outdated and out of touch pricing policies (in-store vs online). As many other large companies have discovered, to best serve their customers their retail stores should match the price of the same items listed online. Unfortunately Camping World does not do this. It’s an antiquated policy that hurts consumers. Save money and shop on Camping World online, don’t go into the store.

The salesperson, Justin, was wonderful to work with from start to finish. As is common, we had to talk with a couple of people in the finance department. After we balked slightly at the explanation of the pricing, Cory worked very diligently with us to achieve some discounts and pricing that was agreeable. We ended up being very satisfied with our purchase. The entire staff that we worked with was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Where to begin? I brought my 2025 camp trailer in that I bought from them for a safety recal. I told them while it's in the shop getting the recal done to look a spot on the roof that looks like it's damaged. The service writer walked out with me got on a ladder and looked at it as well. Took about 25 seconds start to finish. Well they call and tell me "the wood is coming apart on the roof but Jaco won't warranty it because it's not structural damage". How on gods earth is wood coming apart on a brand new trailer not structural damage? The service writer then tells me, "well we didn't document it all that great just to see where Jaco was at the first round". I sincerely believe they just don't want to do the massive amount of work a roof repair would be so they didn't advocate for me worth a darn! It then gets even better! Because it was not covered under warranty I got stuck with a 130 dollar bill for a half hour of shop labor and "shop supplies"! Not one single screw was removed or any specialized equipment and the trailer was already in the bay for a safety recall so what on gods earth took 30 minutes that me and the service writer got done in 25 seconds? Then the shop supplies! This was removed from bill only after I asked what shop supplies was used to look at my roof? The look on their faces said it all! They had been caught trying to slip in a charge. The gal even said something to the effect, "that's a standard charge we put on all invoices"! Shady as heck all around and won't stand up for a product you bought from them! DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY HERE! I hope scaming me out of 100 bucks was worth everyone I will be telling about this experience!
