- KWKevin WhittApr 19, 20251.0This review is for the service dept. only. By far this is the worst one I've ever tried to deal with. I say tried because after over 10 calls, nobody seems to answer the phone so I can schedule to get my camper in to be serviced. Each call, after the receptionist transfers me it just rings & rings. It rings so long that a recording comes on and says they are still trying, then rings for so long that another recording comes on and says my call is being escalated and an agent will be right with me. Guess what?!?! It just rings and rings. It's time to see of your competition will be more helpful.
