Update* I am disappointed at the fact that I asked the service department to go over a priority checklist that i discussed with service member Chris of some last-minute maintenance on my travel trailer. I initially came in for a tongue jack and asked if some other maintenance could be checked. I asked to check my electrical power, bathroom toilet leak and they said they thought it may need a new converter and that they tighten my pipe on the toilet. I'm not too sure if they rushed the repairs. I was overcharged significantly and didn't take the time to actually listen and look into my concerns. A total of $321.00 in labor. I also asked to fix my front door for the RV and it was not fixed when it arrived to Florida, instead I recieved a new key for an outside cubby lock on the RV which was not what I asked for. I'm just disappointed in the fact that I presumed a trust was built over the phone but just poor communication on the repair service members' part. I initially gave them 5 stars for a review, but after receiving my RV, I realized I was significantly overcharged and bamboozled.
