  We had our 2016 River Forrest Forester there for service. We needed 2 ceiling vents and a water heater exterior cover. We also wanted a detail package to clean the awning. They had it for nearly 3 weeks. We called multiple times to check it on it. You can only reach the service dept. through a main office number. We left message after message. We finally went and picked up our unit. They had ordered the parts, but they hadn't come in. They didn't do ANY of the work we had ordered. If they had communicated with us, we might have felt differently. Never going back.

  The buying experience at Sturtevant was exceptional. The team there is truly exceptional. It all began a year ago in spring 2024 with Tyler. He introduced us to several campers that met our needs and remained in touch throughout the year until we recently purchased our fifth wheel. What a great salesman and a pleasure to work with! Fast forward to spring 2025, Tyler and Erin provided a fantastic explanation of the details of our fifth wheel purchase. Jeff was also very attentive in addressing additional needs I had to discuss. The pre-buy walk-around I received was greatly appreciated. Pat, Tom, and Chris took their time to show me every aspect of the camper, from top to bottom. Jessica went above and beyond my expectations in handling the finance setup. She even took time to take me to the camper and take measurements that would confirm my side by side would fit. Prior to meeting Jessica, I had the pleasure to have several discussions with Andy about finance and warranty plans for campers. Both Andy and Jessica have a wealth of knowledge and are committed to ensuring that all your needs are covered in the finance and warranty departments. A huge thank you to Miguel, Tom, and Mike for installing my Demco slider hitch on my truck. I was impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail in ensuring the installation was safe and secure. In retail, Janessa took more time than I expected to address all my camper unit needs, including electric, water, and waste systems. She also showed me some additional features that would enhance my camping experience. A big thank you to her! Bob, what can I say, Bob is knowledgeable and can quickly answer questions and source information on items I need. He’s an asset to the parts department. To answer the question of whether my experience was great, I can confidently say yes and would highly recommend purchasing a camper from the team at Sturtevant, WI!
