    In the summer of 2024, I purchased a Cub Cadet XT-2 SLX50 mower from these guys and I really love it (except for one thing which I will discuss in a moment). I have 5 acres of grass to cut with about an acre and a half of rough terrain. This tractor style mower is perfect for this. It's a nice power upgrade from the older XT-1 model I used to own. And, I love the electronic PTO - so nice! Now, here's the caveat about this mower. The welded deck is great but the new "fast attach" blade spindles need to be redesigned. It's an interesting idea. In theory, you can change your blades quick and easy. In reality, the spring loaded spindles get dirt and grass caught in them, so changing the blades becomes a nightmare. I couldn't do it myself, so I called Campbell's and told them my predicament. They said to bring it to them and they would do it while I waited. Wow! I couldn't believe service like this still existed! Long story short... It took two guys over 30 minutes of banging with hammers and wrenches to get these blades changed. So much for "fast attach". I'm definitely going to switch over to "regular" spindles by next season. Just wanted to end by saying that I have never had such excellent service by a lawn mower Repair department..... ever! You guys are a cut above!

    The truth is Al Ortiz awesome and have known him for many years! He worked on all my lawnmowers . The entire staff awesome and Eric one of the tech! Great people and good customer service.. thanks

    I’ve bought a new mower and a new generator from the guys at Campbell’s Newnan recently. I was bummed to find I had a flat rear tire on my brand new Hustler zero turn, a couple of weeks ago, must’ve ran over something on our property. I called and asked Jacob if they repaired tires and his response- “ Yes sir, bring it up here and we’ll fix it while you wait.” I brought them the tire a few hours later, and when I walked through the door, Jacob was with another customer so I spoke with Mitch about it. Mitch stopped what he was doing, took the tire out of my hands and took it to the back. He said - we’ll get it figured out Mr Partin. I had no more than circled the store once “shopping”, - here comes Mitch back with my tire in his hands. He said it had a small puncture wound in it but he was able to plug it. Free of charge. They turned what probably would have been a bad experience anywhere else, into a good one. I always enjoy dealing with Jacob and Mitch and I’ve never had a bad experience in their store. We are truly blessed to have a Campbells store in Coweta County. They still take care of folks the old fashioned way and treat everyone like family. You don’t see that much anymore.
