  Never will i ever go to this business. A family member ordered her sons flowers and boutonniere and good thing she double checked the day before because they didnt put the boutonnieres down so we had to make our own. Then they were suppose to deliver the flowers to Romeros at 9 and they said their driver couldnt take em til 1 mind you the funeral was at 3 . Do not go to

  Seriously you guys have an amazing showroom floor with many things that can be added to flowers it's called an upsale yet when you call, who ever answer is oblivious to what you have! Disappointed, I know if I went there, I would have found something additional!!!

  Do not use this place unless you watch them make the arrangement. I had to do 1 star to leave a review, don't deserve it. I ordered a floral rose birthday cake inspired arrangement from an 800 floral delivery company. I upgraded to premium for my Nieces 40th birthday. What was delivered was a joke, nothing like what I ordered and only 1 rose, rest cheap carnations and daisies. I called them, said what I ordered, she knew exactly what it was. She told me she wanted to decline the order because it wasn't worth it to them. I said I wished they did instead of sending what they did. She said "what do you want me to do?" I said remake it the correct way I paid for. She put me on hold, came back and told how much they would make and it wasn't worth it to her. She offered to make up something else, not what I ordered, but not until Monday, the party was that Saturday. I told her that was unacceptable and I was going to leave a review, she hung up. If you go to their website they only show good reviews, not the real ones. I contacted the 800 company and told them. They had the cake arrangement remade beautifully from Safeway grocery store florist. Sadly this isn't the first time they messed up an online order, but it will be the last. If you use an 800 floral service, request they don't use this company ever.

  My family from out of state placed an online order for a floral arrangement and Campbell's was the florist to fulfill the order. The arrangement was upgraded to premium so upgraded flowers were to be used as well as the fullness of the arrangement. Campbell's used the cheapest flowers (daisies and carnations) instead of mum's and roses like the photo online.When my family called Campbell's to dispute the arrangement, the gal who he talked to was rude and said she doesn't get paid enough to do an upgrade even though that's what my family paid for. My family called the original company and they had another arrangement sent from Safeway floral dept and they did a better job than Campbell's.

  I made an online order and even though it had a little misunderstanding they fixed it for me. The flowers were beautiful. The lady I spoke to about my problem went out of her way for me. She was very kind and respectful. Definitely will order from them again.
