  Carolyn with Campbell Insurance Agency is the best insurance agent I’ve ever had! She goes above and beyond to help you out with claims and to get you the best rates possible. What a stellar lady! I recently switched to AAA insurance under Campbell and had to file a claim as my vehicle was side swiped while parked in an ice storm and Carolyn walked me through the entire process and was there when I needed help. I couldn’t ask for more. She definitely deserves a raise! Keep her around! Will definitely keep this insurance agency!

  I have had Campbell insurance with Scott for twenty some years and he does outstanding work to get me the best rate. When my homeowners insurance tripled he found me a rate that saved me more than I had already been in. That saved me from having my lender raise my home mortgage $300 a month. I am so forever grateful for everything he does. Would definitely recommend to everyone for he treats you like family.

  If I could give 10 stars I would! Carolyn has been amazing to work with. I work full time and have 2 kids and she has handled everything for me conveniently through email/fax and saved me tons of money on home and auto insurance. If you want to save money and receive great customer service check out Campbell Insurance in Council Bluffs!
