The tech that arrived for my service on my hose spicket was rude. He acted as if it was a huge inconvenience for him to be the one that had to come to my house. He was short with me and curt. He also quite intentionally I might add made me feel like I was some kind of idiot, by lecturing me about making sure to remove attachments during freezing temperatures. An assumption he made himself assuming we don't and that's why it was broken. Had he taken even a few seconds to have a chat he could have found out what happened, but it was clear he could not be bothered. We will not be using camerons again.

Rich was very friendly, pleasant to work with and very neat. Kept me informed on everything he was doing and why. Great quality work and professional. From my two experiences, I would highly recommend.

I called Cameron's Plumbing in Oxford Pa. about a leak in my outside spigot. The lady that answered the phone was very nice & set us up with an Appointment. Our Plumber Jon, came & assessed the situation, he suggested a New Spigot & inside shut off valve. Jon did an Excellent Job & was very thorough!! I Highly Recommend Cameron's Plumbing for all your needs!!!
I have used Cameron’s electrical service many times and thought electrician ‘R’ was really good. However, on 8/18 I was totally dissatisfied with the cost of $305 for the service. I will never use them again nor recommend them in local websites.
On 8/15, I called and spoke to manager ‘B’ and asked about the cost for electrician ‘R’ to install two-(2) garage outside wall lights. ‘B’ said less than one hour. The first hour is $170 and it would be less than 1 hour for electrician ‘R’ to install the lights and that he would have some time to do something else. ‘B’ said nothing about sending an apprentice at $135 per hr.
On 8/18 ‘R’ showed up however, he brought a apprentice. The apprentice shorted out a GFCI and it took 15 minutes to find the main GFCI. The bill stated:
$170 for electrician
$135 for trainee.
$305 Total
I had to pay for 2 techs to do a ONE MAN JOB. Basically, I paid for the cost to train the apprentice. No one paid me to go to college. This was a one man job and why did Cameron send TWO
After filing a complaint, Cameron deducted $40 from the invoice, however, if I did not complain, I would be stuck with full cost. How many residential customers foolishly pay to train Cameron’s employees?
An old IBEW union electrician’s joke; How many electricians does it take to change a light bulb. TWO: ONE to hold the bulb and ONE to turn the ladder. Camerons is ignoring their responsibility of loyalty, openness & honesty to their residential customers and will lose customers.
