I really enjoy my home, neighbors, and location. The 3 stars is because I feel the management does not care about our community. Seasonal yard work means lawn mowing service "7-10 days". The grass is mowed high so grass is tall. Currently my grass is at my ankles. Take into consideration we have been receiving a lot of rain, but this is ongoing with minimal grass mowing. When you rake and bag your leaves in the fall and set them out to be picked up by the park, they can sit there for weeks without being picked up. Same with branches. The area at the front of the development "rose garden" is to be maintained by homeowners. Dead trees or branches are not cut or maintained well by management. It is rumored that Office manager talks about residents and spreads rumors to other residents, which is not professional at all. Unfortunately, from what I was told by the other resident I was a subject to this childish behavior by management. Also, lot rent continues to go up yearly at approximately 7 percent. So that is the bad, but like I mentioned earlier, I love my home, neighbors, and location. I try to avoid management as much as possible and keep my home looking nice.
