I went to your Homesite in Roseville CA. 1/14/2023 interested in the one story home that could be converted to a Gen X. My mother and myself walked into the office, there was a white salesman in the office close to going to see the models. He asked if he could help. I explained that I was interested in the house mentioned above. He said "We don't have that home here." I said "on the website it states that they will be building them here" He said "You have to go to Rancho Cordova" I explained that we had been there saw the model but they were no longer building that home there. He said "They are selling the Model" I said we were interested in the one here. He gave me the flyer of that house, I asked him the price, he stated I guess they are the same price as Rancho Cordova. I told him we were interested. The salesman just looked at me. At this time, I was very upset, told my Mom, (both of us are African American) come on He is racist and doesn't want to sell us a home. I walked out, balled up the paper and threw it on the ground. I was furious to be treated this way. I have been looking at new builds for the past 6 months and this was the first time I was treated so rudely and felt Racism. I am writing this because, when I visited the site in Rancho Cordova I never was treated this way. The saleswoman was very warm, very helpful and felt bad that she could not sell us the house we wanted. I think you need to fire the man in Roseville, CA. He represents your company and should not ever, treat a potential buyer this way. I really wanted to purchase that home, but have now changed my mind and will be adding this review to their website. No star for me but I had to choose one.
