  If you want a bald guy to scream at you for nothing come here!!! I was at Calvin Klein today at the North Georgia Premium Outlets, and something super weird and honestly shocking happened. I was just looking for a T-shirt, grabbed what I needed, and went to check other clothes. My mom was also looking, and this bald guy came near her and said “oof” but didn’t say any words. Then my mom called me to help her pick a color, and out of nowhere this same guy comes and screams right in my face! He yelled “DON’T TOUCH THAT! LET ME DO IT! YOU’LL RUIN THE TABLE!” and then screamed “WHAT SIZE!?” I swear I froze. I’ve been to half of the world and no one in my life has ever screamed at me in a store especially not in a place I was buying from! I was so shocked because I did nothing wrong at all. I just left everything I had in my hands and walked out, and my family followed me. We didn’t argue or make a scene we just left, because we have values and don’t fight with people who act like that. I honestly love Calvin Klein, but this was so disappointing. You can be sure this will be my family’s last time ever buying from Calvin Klein anywhere in the world.

  Racist/Unprofessional shopping experience at Calvin Klein outlet shop: I have been a Calvin Klein customer/shopper for 25 years...because they make great/stylish products. However, today I experienced worst Racist/Unprofessional shopping experience at Calvin Klein outlet shop. Details: 800 GA-400 Space #1030, Dawsonville, GA 30534 North Georgia Premium Outlets Experience: The moment I walked in....there was this bald guy, who was glaring at me, as if to say get out of my store...what are you doing here! anyways, I ignored him and went about shopping....T-shirts on sale even though same size XL are different collar sizes and lengths...I was pulling/inspecting T-shirts from the rack to confirm that they are sane size/length. That's when the bald guy came and started shouting at me! don't pull T-shirts?? I don't know if he is frustrated at International customers or overworked...but I explained to him...I am just checking to see if the collar size and length are the same. Anyways, I was under the impression that Calvin Klein company was not/never a racist company/brand. After today's experience...I and my family will not be buying any CK's products.

  one staff here was rude and unprofessional. he quickly rushed to the door to eye us as if we were stealing. one star review rounded down to zero.

  This place used to better than how it is now, I have a bad experience here with the customer service. Need better training. Need more patient employee
