  I recently visited the Calvin Klein store at the Folsom Premium Outlets. I was in a bit of a rush and looking to purchase a Liquid Polo shirt. Unfortunately, my size wasn’t available in-store, but the representative who assisted me was incredibly helpful and efficient. They quickly understood what I was looking for, helped me find a great alternative, and went above and beyond by arranging to have the shirt shipped directly to my home. The entire shopping experience took just 6 minutes — quick, smooth, and hassle-free! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and wanted to say thank you to the Calvin Klein team for making my visit so easy and pleasant. Outstanding service!
