  I am very disappointed with Calvin Klein’s service. My recent orders went missing, which caused serious inconvenience and frustration. For a premium brand, such repeated failures in delivery and customer care are unacceptable.

  I love their products but the shipping is ridiculous. Almost 2 weeks to receive my order and they said it will come in different shipments. I was expecting better for a big company especially when you have an agresive promotion online.
