  I bought something at the store and the cashier put the items into a bag for me. When I got home, I realized one item was missing — a pack of men’s underwear, which also happened to be the most expensive item in my purchase that day. Since I don’t live nearby, I’m not able to go back to pick it up. 🥲

  I recently visited the Calvin Klein outlet at Great Mall, and it was a very disappointing experience. The store was incredibly messy, with clothes all mixed up and scattered everywhere. For a prestigious brand like Calvin Klein, this is unacceptable and does not reflect well on their image. To make matters worse, the fitting room was closed at 4 PM. I drove all the way from Mountain View specifically to try on some clothes, only to be told that the fitting room wouldn’t reopen until the next day. This was both inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, this visit fell far below my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Calvin Klein deserves better representation than this poorly managed outlet.
