Never going back to this store.We were just looking for different size only but the way she reacted and behaved rudely, it was so unexpected. Such kind of customer service made me feel never going back to this store again.
- MAMaryam AAug 1, 20251.0Never shop in this location! My mother was harassed, discriminated , and profiled by the worker and store manager still hasn’t bothered to get back to us. Back in June, my mother attempted to return a men’s shirt she had purchased the day before. The shirt was unworn, had tags and stickers still intact, and was in perfect condition except for a small stain that was already present. Despite this, she was treated with suspicion, spoken to disrespectfully, and made to feel as if she had done something wrong. The associate threw the shirt in my mom’s face and kicked her out of the store. The behaviour was unprofessional and discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. When we contacted the store manager, we were told the situation would be reviewed on video footage, but we never received any follow-up. This lack of accountability from store leadership is just as troubling. We expect a full investigation into this matter and a response outlining what action will be taken. Customers should never be treated this way—especially over a simple return with valid proof of purchase. Attached the photo for proof
