  Amazing customer service!!! I loved talking to and getting the opinion of everyone in the store when I come shopping here. They're also super open to talk, especially with someone as indecisive as me since I like spending my money GOOD and WORTHWHILE on things I need. Tho u can buy the same shit cheaper elsewhere, youre buying the brand and quality, remember that.

  I went to CK at 6:50 pm, the employee at the door did not let me in for a return. I am sure the whole process could be done by 7:00 PM. The cashier and the door employee both refused to take customer before the store closing time at 7:00PM. I will never purchase from this store again.

  My experience today was top notch. There were 2 young men working and although it was very busy, they were both extremely patient, helpful and professional.

  The other day, I was shopping I seen a lady storm in to store, point her finger at 2 employees. I’m guessing she was a manager, she was wearing a walkie talkie. Yelling at them in the middle of the floor to go to the back. That is no respect to employees. I feel sorry for them. The workers there was really nice when I asked for help. I gave a 1 store for the manager.
