  I had an interesting experience at this ck store. I wanted to return or exchange a shirt that I purchased at this store. My email was used for the receipt. I never saw that email. I wear a large size but the shirt was extra small. The same salesperson was there and she remembered the transition. All I wanted was exchange the size. How ever the store policy had a return date.45 days may be. So she asked if I used the shirt. Obviously I couldn’t because the shirt is extra small. The real story starts here. She started testing the shirt, 10 m. Then she smelled it. It was rather amusing. Then she made my wife smell it. I was afraid she would get somebody else involved in this smelling marathon. Maybe she thought we smell different. The shirt is new and totally unused. I thought it would take Mr. Holmes to investigate about the shirt. The whole process was about 40 minutes which she could have ended in 5 minutes. At the end she felt it had a foreign smell that kk does not come with. So, something must have happened. I wonder what in this world of diversity and inclusion. Well, smell. An agent of the environment that brings bias in the data. Will I ever shop there? I guess not. Will you? That’s up to you in case you want to make your self available to a a wine smelling event. I enjoyed the experience. Life gets judged by various attributes of culture, right or wrong. Professor
