What a terrible experience! Yesterday, I went to the store to buy a T-shirt. The cashier was a middle-aged woman with a very rude attitude. When I was checking out, because I'm a member and enjoy additional discounts, I was a bit confused about the price and asked the cashier, "Did you apply the discount?" Instead of answering, she retorted, "Don't you trust me?" After I showed her a photo of the product's price, I said again, "Please double-check. The price you gave me is incorrect." She impatiently checked the price again and found that she had indeed given me the wrong price. Then she corrected the amount and asked me to pay. I told her, "This is your mistake. I've reminded you repeatedly." But the cashier was very rude and said, "Didn't I already correct the price for you?" Throughout the process, there wasn't a single word of apology, nor did she show any attitude of apologizing to the customer for her mistake. Instead, she was being unreasonable. I'm really shocked that such an attitude can exist in the service industry. I won't go to this store again. What a rude cashier!

If this is what your sticking in kids faces that walk by your store front in the mall, I won't be shopping here or any Calvin Klein if this is how you choose to market. In today's world, you would perhaps consider a different marketing strategy that is more professional. Ms Fancy Google Reviewer 11 million + picture views Level 8

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this store. not once, but twice! In April, my non-English-speaking parents spent nearly $1,000 here buying clothes as gifts. Due to a language barrier, they only received one shopping bag and didn’t realize to ask for more. A simple mistake, easily fixable—right? Apparently not. In early May, I returned to the store with one of their receipts and politely explained the situation. A darker-skinned cashier (possibly of Indian descent) reluctantly looked up one order and gave me only four bags—for multiple items. She acted like I was being unreasonable for asking, even though I was simply trying to divide up the gifts properly. I let it go. But on May 23, I returned again with different receipts from the same April purchases. After making a new purchase, I asked a different (very kind) cashier if I could get a few more bags. She asked the same cashier from before, who glanced at me and immediately shut it down, saying “She already came to ask,” without even letting me show the new receipts. I had to defend myself—again—for something that should be basic customer service. Only after raising my voice did she grudgingly hand me three bags, and then told me I was being rude. No, what’s rude is:Treating customers like they’re lying or trying to scam free bags;Ignoring receipts and refusing to listen;Making customers feel small after they’ve spent hundreds of dollars in your store. If Calvin Klein doesn’t want to give out bags, just charge for them, like Tommy Hilfiger does. I’d happily pay rather than be treated like a beggar!!! This experience was humiliating and unacceptable. If Calvin Klein wants to be seen as a premium brand, your staff needs to treat customers with basic respect, regardless of language or background. Do better.

I was there today with my family and a lady with purple hoodie and horrible eye makeup was extremely rude to us. The other employees were nice.
