    Very poor customer service it’s says 20 % off on entire store and cashier said it’s for new sign up only . They should change the sign it’s scam . I’m regular customer here from 5 years but not anymore

    Terrible customer service! Found a jacket in the clearance with no tag, went to ask the associate to check the price, she said she doesn't know and can't help. Apparently it was the last one so whatever. Brought it to the front another associate doesn't bother to check at till just roughly guessed how much it was. Useless. Proceed to leave and saw the jacket on the front asked if it can be taken off, it was the right size and on clearance, however, when asked, the associate state they can't. Maybe this policy is at Calvin Klein or maybe other places but I have never had a store saying they can't. As it was a clearance so usually many store tries to clear it out. I guessed not at Calvin Klein. It was a jacket hence easy take off of the mannequin but it was too much to ask. If the basic customer service can't be provided, then no need for customer to come in.

    The store manager, Katelin, is unbelievably rude and arrogant. Her behavior is completely unprofessional, and I am shocked that someone with such a terrible attitude could ever be trusted to run a store. She clearly lacks the basic skills of respect, communication, and customer service. Frankly, she is driving customers away, and it’s beyond me how she is still in this position. Immediate action needs to be taken she should be replaced with someone actually capable of representing the company properly. Get her out of there ASAP. She’s horrendous.

    Worst Manager I’ve Ever Dealt With: The products were fine, but the store manager completely ruined my experience. I came in with a simple exchange request for an item that was clearly defective, and instead of helping, the manager was rude, dismissive, and talked to me like I was wasting their time. They didn’t listen, interrupted me constantly, and made me feel like I was the problem. Their attitude was unprofessional and condescending, which is shocking for a brand like Calvin Klein. If this is the kind of leadership they hire, it’s no wonder customers leave frustrated.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Today, August 14th, around 11 a.m., my wife went to the Iron Mall store to shop as usual. As she was leaving the store, a woman, apparently from India, wearing eyelash extensions, approached her with a very arrogant and aggressive attitude that I'd never seen from a person before. She told her she was banned from the store, that they had recorded her face because she had bought too many products, and that only resellers do that. What sense does this make? Because to me, this doesn't make any sense. Calvin Klein staff, "HEADS UP HERE" with all due respect you should hire people who are passionate about customer service and attention. I ask you to please take action against this despicable and despotic person. From what I investigated, she is the Assistant Manager or the Store Manager of this branch. This does not have to happen. The number one rule of a sales manager is supposed to be customer service and attention, and even less do they have to treat their customers as if they were thieves, much less if my wife is a frequent customer of the store.
