  Ryan arrived at the scheduled time. He has serviced our system before and is always very polite, clean and professional. He also wears the shoe covers in the house which is a definite plus in our opinion. He answers all questions and makes recommendations. It us a real pleasure to have him for our service calls.

  I am generally not the type of person who makes reviews online...in fact, this is my first Google review EVER, but I was so impressed with this company and especially with their technician, Miranda, that I had to make an exception. Our heater was "toast" according to the first technician sent out by our home warranty and what turned into a second opinion/quote ended up being a quick repair/reconnection of a few fuses and wires and the unit has been working fine ever since. Miranda came recommended from a close family friend and I personally witnessed her entire diagnosis and repair of the unit for what amounted to maybe 30 minutes. She explained in clear straightforward terms what was happening with the unit and inspected every possible point of failure to return it to working capacity. The unit is admittedly older and will eventually need to be replaced but Miranda gave us some much needed breathing room right before the holidays. She expressed that Callahan was a company built on integrity and my wife and I were so impressed that we decided to sign up for their maintenance plan and will be going through them for any future work needed. Cannot recommend enough!!

  Just want to share how happy we are with the services Callahan Heating provides. Jordan and Tyler both did an excellent job. Installation of entire system was neat and professionally completed. In addition they cleaned up and left the entire area looking perfect. We highly recommended the Callahan team. Everyone we’ve dealt with from Callahan has been top notch. Jordan explained and answered all our questions. They stayed late and finished the job in a very professional manner.

  Callahan Heating and Cooling replaced my HVAC system. The entire team was very friendly and professional. Jordan stayed late to make sure the system was operating properly. He set my phone up to communicate with the system and showed me the details of both units. I would recommend Callahan to anyone looking for a heating and cooling team.

  We decided to call Callahan after seeing an interview with the owner on TV. Their response was immediate. Ryan arrived and was able to detect the problem with our old system very quickly. The analysis was confirmed from the photos he took showing a crack in the heat exchanger. He offered to try to find a replacement part but it would likely be a tough find considering the age of our old system. With Ryan's advice, we agreed that a new system would be much safer and more efficient. Miranda arrived to show us our options for replacement. She and Ryan answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We then selected a new system based upon our options. The appointment was booked the very next day for the installation of our new system. The team of Ryan and Andrew completed the installation by working diligently into the early hours of the next day. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. Joseph then provided support the next day to address any of our additional questions or concerns. We're very pleased with the performance of our new system and would highly recommend Callahan for your heating and cooling needs.
