He ensured I had all the information I needed to better review my options online, then ultimately during my 4th call (🤣) helping me with my order when my needs changed. The person who picked up the food for us commented on how positive, patient and polite he was also. Not only with keeping us updated on our order while waiting but also noticeably so when engaging with the rest of the staff for updates on the last items. I've worked with so very many companies for large orders over the years, and I can't express how much Arturo's stand out kindness and truly personalized service was appreciated today
