  Compliments to Zach on the California Tortilla team at Glen Mills, PA. Zach is always friendly, he even recognizes me by name and does a great job with food. And recently, Zach even helped me out when I ordered the wrong thing by mistake, and Zach fixed it right there on the spot! Thank you, Zach. You are a credit to California Tortilla!

  Me and my mom go to doctor’s in Glenn mills twice a year and all we kept talking about today was California tortilla. The first time we went last winter place was banging couldn’t stop raving about it thought it was a better chipotle. Today all I have to stay is safe ur money . It’s dirty the chicken is disgusting and place has fell off hard . I highly suggest not to eat here

  In 2021, my minor child and I had a deeply distressing experience at this location. I ordered him a kids meal near the time of closing . My son was very hungry and wanted to sit down and eat . While staff was cleaning a manger confronted us aggressively and told us to leave and instead of handling this calmly, he called the police on us, even though we were peaceful paying customers. Given the heightened climate at the time, when families of color were especially fearful of unnecessary police involvement, this was extremely traumatic. I reported the incident to corporate, but there was no resolution or accountability. Even today, I still feel anxiety passing by this location. Families, particularly those of color should exercise caution here. And exercise your dollar elsewhere.

  Imagine subway, but a in a chipotle. Pretty sad bowl for $13. Maybe their employees have never eaten at chipotle to know what the expecting is for making a full bowl. Food isn’t bad, but their pre made bowls are not good. Bowl does not look anything like the picture in the ad. Could be better if the employees weren’t skimping on every ingredient.

  The staff was kind of inattentive and it's not the cleanest place. The food was ok.
