After I incurred water damage from a refrigerator leak, they did a thorough inspection to determine the magnitude of the damage and prescribe the proper mitigation, remediation, and restoration procedures necessary. They were honest and professional - most importantly they did not take advantage of my situation and try to prescribe unnecessary aggressive treatment like another company did.
