  Outstanding customer service! I had 2 leather backs that were very soft. They replaced the old with new foam inserts. They are like brand new! Great job! Thanks!

  I had to share this because I don't want it to happen to others. I had an awful experience with curtains and reupholstering a sofa. You must be on top of your own project and with every detail because they are not. The people are lovely but not professional. When my curtains were installed after almost 9 months, instantly I knew they were the wrong length by 2 inches. They told me they would drop and come back to make sure they did. They never came back. I had to call corporate and they said thats the best they could do and for me to accept a discount. After the curtains were creased to that length they can not undo that. They were not going to make the curtains again for me. My fabric on my sofa ran the wrong way , the cushions were not running the same as the frame. It was filled with cheap filling that makes a sound as if there is tin foil in it. I had paid fpor premium fill. I had everything redone with a TRUE custom professional. This is not that. BEWARE. I used them before when Natalie was the manager and she was a true professional. She retired.

  Very, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Had to put our name on a wait list to talk to a sales representative. Suspect a weekday would have been a better choice. Picked out fabric but will have to wait a few days to get a quote on recovering two Parsons chairs.
