  I had a wonderful experience working with Calico Corners and especially Deb, the store manager. Deb helped me through the entire process: choosing fabric, measuring items and executing the order swiftly. She made sure that my order was placed in a timely manner and was constantly keeping me up to date on when my order would arrive. I had two ottomans and several cushions for outdoor seating recovered. The work was impeccable and I am looking forward to enjoying these pieces for years to come. I will definitely work with Deb again and I will recommend her services to all of my friends

  I personally would not return to this store for more than purchasing fabric on & SALE knowing the exact amount I need given the variation of the “repeat of the fabric” needed in hand. Get a separate fabric yardage measurement and then a separate labor quote from 1-3 other reputable upholsterers. You can go here to select fabric & order it (wait for sale as their prices are high) BUT be sure you use the measurement from your outside upholsterer when ordering. It’s not that hard to find a top notch upholsterer.

  Friendly associates but lacking in knowledge and terrible to deal with when a problem arises that was caused by this lack of knowledge Ugh! Not going back! Spent countless phone calls trying to get my money back for fabric I ordered (for an out of state client )that they called to tell me after 4 days was discontinued and they would credit my account. Had a follow up phone call with associate to again ask them to credit my account so I could purchase elsewhere. Time was important as this was a staging job! when I then found the fabric on line and ordered it a few days later calico called me to tell me that the fabric had been delivered to my client. what !!????? And that if I had ordered from someone else I had to get my client to mail it back to them if I wanted my money back!! Really!!?? 2 yards of sunbrella??!!! Really!! Need better oversight and decision making!
