  Kind and helpful initially but a simple standard bench seat projected to take “8-10 weeks” has taken over 3 months... and Im STILL waiting for it to be completed. I was contacted once that my bench seat was in and ready to be picked up which confused me since I was paying extra to have the custom bench installed by their workroom. I was then told it would take two more weeks… 3 weeks ago. Today (3 months after I selected the fabric and paid in full) I conveyed my frustration to the (once kind and helpful) staff but now that I’m annoyed they were snippy and rude and offered zero apologies. My kitchen renovation project has been delayed by their slow workroom twice now. Zero apologies from them and not one reference to make it right. I even spoke with the manager. Substandard customer service for a business that said they could be trusted when they were demanding me to pay thousands in full when the fabric was ordered. Over $3000 invested and the workroom will “call me next Tuesday.” DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  Very nice place, ladies are really sweet and knowledgeable about their products and services. Their line of upholstered furniture is top quality and come beautifully upholstered in your custom choices of style, fabrics and trims. Worth the trip to Buckhead!

  For several weeks I was communicating with LAURA. I am disabled so I was interested in their in home services. Today she calls me. She calls me another name and let’s me know she’s “too swamped” to come to my home. In fact, the whole store “is swamped”. My impression is that Calico Corners, who offers in home visits, is too busy with business. I used them in the past and so did my mother and other family members. LAURA you come across as way too self indulgent. Warning to all who consider Calico Corners: they are too busy to help you! I contacted their corporate headquarters as well.

  My family has been doing business with Calico Corners for over thirty years. The last purchase of a table, nested chairs and two custom sofas was awful. This was a $15,000 dollar order, and it was wrong from the beginning. The nested chairs did not fit under the table and they charged a measurement fee to screw it up. The table was delivering damaged. It took 7 months to get it all corrected. They would not call us back; deal with us the professionally, or apologize. We were promised a $1,500 dollar refund but it never came through. I almost hired an attorney to sue them for breach of contract and regret that I did not. As a helicopter pilot I would like to hover over their shop and return the table from 17,000 feet right through the roof. I will not do that though because my time is more valuable.
