I have worked with the people in this location for many years, doing and then redoing my house as a do-it-yourselfer. I have gotten nothing less then respectful and professional service on EVERY visit. I have worked mainly with Joyce R but have had occasion to interact with other designers and have the same opinion for all I've worked with. I just don't get the "snobbery" comments. I do agree with another reviewer about the slow pace of the workrooms, though. But! the work is always spot on and the drapery install beautiful.

The rest of us are treated like dirt. I will gladly travel to the Hanover store where everyone is treated the same and the staff is wonderful
