  I had a great experience with Caliber. We had a tree struck by lightning that totally died within 2 weeks and needed to be taken down. It was on the property line and very close to our house and our neighbor's house. We got an immediate response when we called Caliber and a same-day estimate, and they were able to deal with the tree within 10 days, despite it being busy storm season. The crane had to be parked on the neighbor's property and they were very careful with their driveway and landscaping, and everyone was satisfied with the end result.

  After getting ripped off by another company, Tim came out to assess the health of our trees. He offered advice without charge and suggested we see if some of the trees rebound and reassess next spring. I so appreciate the guidance rather than paying thousands in unnecessary and unhelpful treatment by the other company. Tim, you have definitely earned yourself a new customer!

  Caliber Tree Services recently performed a removal of an older (dead) tree and extensive trimming back of trees in my backyard forest. From the initial consultation with Tim to the day of performing the service, the communication was outstanding and the pricing was fair and transparent in relation to the scope of the project. As a customer, I valued the professionalism and quality of work completed. I was kept informed by through the scheduling processes and provided before/after photos of the service. Caliber Tree Service has earned my trust and business for any future tree related projects I may have.

  Brandon, from Caliber Tree Services, was on point for BGE’s power line tree trimming contract done about every 5 years in our neighborhood. Awesome young man with customer satisfaction as his priority- and I don’t mean BGE. Caliber is far better than the last, and has forest/tree health in mind with arborists running operations. Many property owners in my area were upset five years ago for the hack job the previous company did that left our gorgeous forest looking like a hurricane came through and killed a lot of healthy trees. Yes, even the best of trim service looks harsh for about six months after. But Caliber is in for the long term and worked hard to reach out to each owner, explain the process, get their druthers on what to trim, and reassure the value of their satisfaction beyond BGE’s needs. A small business setting the example for everyone! We intend to use them for tree services throughout our property and are glad BGE isn’t simply going with the lowest bidder any more. We really hope to see the same outstanding professionals on BGE lines from here on out.
