I dread making business calls. Between long hold times, conversing with AI robots who don't want to transfer you, and talking to customer service representatives who often don't care to help get what you need, contacting Caleb Hanke's office is a huge breath of fresh air.
Every person in that office Is professionalism personified, given with good cheer. Caleb, Nycole, and Paula (who is quite the Rockstar!) go far out of their way to make sure that my needs are satisfied in my questions are answered. They are genuine and down to earth folks who are extremely well versed in policy and efficient in delivering assistance. Caleb takes his time ensuring that I am getting the policy that best suits my needs and for the lowest cost possible.
