I just want to give them a little shout. You can tell Juan does NOT play about the details and it shows in the best way. Omar and Hayden we great too. You can tell this staff is a well-oiled, thoughtful machine. And my Caesar with salmon was SO good. The salmon managed to be crispy on the skin but perfectly tender.

The hotel includes a chill lounge bar (Palma)—one of the few quality places open late in the area—with a fantastic vibe. And the rooftop bar/restaurant (Calabra) by the pool is absolutely brilliant. The atmosphere is mellow and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing day- and the service is always impeccable. Jamie, one of the waiters, is consistently on top of his game—attentive, friendly, and professional. A real standout. We also had the pleasure of meeting the new GM, Juan Sanchez, on first few weeks, and we were truly impressed. If the way he ensured my wife’s impromptu birthday celebration felt special—welcoming us and treating us with such care—is any indication of his leadership, this hotel is on track to reach even greater heights. He brings a fresh and exciting perspective. Highly recommend!
