  I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received tonight at dinner. Our waitress took our order but never checked in on us during the entire meal. We ran out of drinks, needed refills, required napkins, and eventually needed to-go boxes . But she never returned to our table for any service. After waiting and waiting we had to flag her down, and asked for the check. She didn’t apologize for the lack of service or give an excuse for her absence during our meal. She returns and rudely placed the check kiosk on the table without saying a word. The rude behavior and lack of attention was completely unacceptable. We used to visit this restaurant frequently, but after today’s experience, we won’t be coming back.

  My boyfriend and I came to visit Frederick with high hopes; However our experience here left a sour taste in our mouths. We felt very un-welcomed by the staff here. Both of us have been in the service industry and are pretty personable people, but the staff here were unkind and tried to push us out. The server that took our order was never to be seen after the first interaction, the management and other staff were staring at us frowning from the door to the entire time we spent there. I've never felt more un-welcomed in my life. Steer clear of this place..

  This is our go-to place for Mexican food. The margaritas are good and so is their food and service
